What Can I Do If My Deposit Has Not Been Posted?

If you deposited using a crypto wallet, keep in mind that confirmation times vary based on:

Current network activity
Transaction fee you selected (higher fees are typically prioritized by miners)

How to Check Your Transaction:

1. Paste the crypto address we provided into a blockchain explorer:

2. Check whether the transaction has been confirmed or is still pending.

P2P (Cash Transfers):

Processing Time: Please allow at least one hour for the deposit to be collected and posted.
Check Your MTCN Number: Ensure the reference number or MTCN number was entered correctly.
If Still Delayed: If more than an hour has passed, please send a receipt of your transaction to:

- Subject Line: Include your account number

Zpay:

Processing Time:
Zpay deposits can take up to 30 minutes to be confirmed and posted after the transaction is approved by your bank.

If Delayed: Please send a screenshot of your receipt to documents@youwager.lv. Include:

- The email or phone number where the funds were sent
- The name on the transaction
- The memo code

Card Usage: Although you can use your card with these methods, the confirmation time depends on how quickly Ethereum transactions are confirmed on the network.

Once you have sent your transaction receipt or screenshot to documents@youwager.lv:

• Please allow us 10–15 minutes to review and process your documentation.
• We will reply to your email as soon as your issue has been addressed.
